1. Acceptance and offer
By accessing this member area, you accept these terms and the specific conditions shown in the offer and at checkout. If they differ, the specific offer and any mandatory rights under applicable law take precedence.
2. License to use
Ebooks, videos, lessons, files, and materials are licensed for personal, limited, revocable, nonexclusive, and nontransferable use. Purchase does not transfer copyright or allow resale, redistribution, publication, account sharing, or commercial exploitation.
3. Account and access
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and report unauthorized access. Access may be suspended for fraud, account sharing, attempts to bypass controls, abusive automation, scraping, data extraction, or a breach of these terms.
4. Content and AI use
Some content may have been created, organized, translated, or reviewed with help from artificial intelligence. Despite review efforts, errors, omissions, or outdated information may remain. Materials are educational and informational and do not replace individual professional advice.
5. Availability and updates
The structure, files, and lessons may be corrected or updated. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security, or third-party services. When an offer specifies an access period or release schedule, those conditions form part of the purchase.
6. Intellectual property and prohibited conduct
You may not remove authorship notices, copy in bulk, record or redistribute content without permission, share protected links, access products you did not acquire, exploit vulnerabilities, use bots abusively, or extract databases and information about other users.
7. Liability and applicable law
Results depend on individual use and are not guaranteed. To the extent allowed by law, the provider is not responsible for decisions based only on the material, incompatibilities outside its control, or external services. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
